By consolidating their individual funding from the Department of Health, the Drug Action Teams representing all the London boroughs were able to focus their resources on a single, high-profile campaign to raise awareness of the risks involved in illegal drug use among young Londoners – particularly 16-24 year-old ‘clubbers’. The following year the LondonDanceSafety campaign was continued, but re-focussed to target London’s

university and college students – we rebranded it StudySafely. The booklet was part of a wider, on-campus poster campaign and is printed on kraft-board and sugar paper – grungy but highly desirable, it recognises the safest thing to do is not to take drugs, but acknowledges that many students will use drugs and gives information on the risks and how to reduce them, the effects and the law.
