Screen Yorkshire teamed up with EM Media in Cannes this year for a high profile promotional event to position their areas as the heart of low-budget film production in the UK.

TruthStudio were asked to create a branding which would work across an e-invite, printed invites, brochures and venue banner-stands. We figured you don’t get anywhere at the vibrant French festival if you are the shy and retiring type!

Our concept for the branding embraces the supermarket, super-cheap approach to selling. Strictly tongue-in cheek, it is unapologetic and subversive guerrilla marketing.

We say – go on, slap a “Waste Money In LONDON!” sticker on the back of that producers Gucci suit!
